Anderson MacDonald traded to the Titan

MONCTON N.B. – The Moncton Wildcats have traded forward Anderson MacDonald to the Acadie-Bathurst Titan in exchange for a 3rd round pick in 2019, and a 2nd round pick in the 2020 QMJHL Entry Draft.

Drafted to the league 10th overall by the Sherbrooke Phoenix in 2016, it was in the summer prior to the 2017-2018 season that Anderson was traded to the Wildcats. The Quispamsis NB native played 58 games last season, notching 27 goals and 18 assists for a 45 point season. After an injury this past summer putting him out of the lineup for the first few months, Anderson has only appeared in four games this season.

We would like to thank Anderson for his time with us in Moncton, and wish him all the best in Bathurst.

With the first half of the season in the books your Wildcats sit second overall in the Eastern Conference with 49 points. For full trade period information follow us on social media or online at
