Aspirot and Anttalainen suspended three games

Following Moncton’s last home game against the Halifax Mooseheads on Saturday night, it was announced yesterday that both Jonathan Aspirot and Aleksi Anttalainen have been give three game suspensions.

Aspirot was called for interference after a hit on #26 Cole Stewart near the Mooseheads bench. While Anttalainen was given his three game suspension for boarding. With the Wildcats now two defencemen short for their next three games which will see them take on Cape Breton, Saint John and Bathurst. Moncton will call up a few players this week to help fill the gaps on the back end.
