Wildcats add Nick Blagden and two picks in exchange with the Armada

MONCTON N.B. – The Wildcats have traded this year’s first round pick (18th overall) to the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada. In return, the team has acquired a 2nd round pick (21st overall), a 3rd round pick (41st overall), as well as forward Nick Blagden.

“Nick is a player that plays a physical game,” added Director of Hockey Operations, Ritchie Thibeau. He is a great leader and will help our young players both on and off the ice.”

Drafted by Blainville in 2019, Nick has played the past two seasons with the Armada, playing in 50 games. The 18-year-old from Saint John, NB will be joining a few familiar faces as he reunites with former Saint John Vito’s teammates Connor Richard and Nicholas Sheehan back in his home province.
